Payment Options
HangAccessories.com currently accepts Visa and MasterCard. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL.
Delivery of Goods
Once an order is placed, the items are prepared and shipped within three (3) to seven (7) business days upon payment approval* for the order. Volume orders may take longer to ship depending on our production schedule.
An email confirmation will be sent to you with an approximate ship date of your items. Should we expect delays or should any of your items become backordered, we will notify you right away. Our purse hangers are delivered in a gift box and an ultra-suede bag.
*Credit cards generally take up to four business days to be processed and approved. **HangAccessories.com is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Shipping
We ship all of our merchandise within the contingent U.S. insured via Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
Repairs
Our purse hangers are guaranteed. Should your new purse hangers need repairs due to normal wear within 60 days of delivery, please follow the "Return and Exchange" guidelines below and we will fix your piece free of charge. Should your jewelry need any repairs due to normal wear after 60 days, we are happy to repair it for a minimal fee plus S&H. Please contact us for a quote prior to shipping your items.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your new piece! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send undamaged merchandise in resaleable condition with all tags attached back to us within 10 days of shipment date for an exchange or merchandise credit. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that only items purchased through our online store are eligible for an online exchange or online store credit.
To Return/Exchange your item:
- Please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before mailing your item. We must receive your item(s) within 10 days of issuing an RMA number.
- Please package your item(s) carefully in their original gift box with all tags attached along with a copy of the invoice. If you ordered multiple pieces and would like to keep the gift box, please package your return in another sturdy BOX.
- Please insure your items and request a signature confirmation upon delivery of goods as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged through the mail.
- We reserve the right to refuse any items that are returned to us damaged, broken, not resalable and/or returned without an RMA number.
- We will contact you once your item(s) has been received and your exchange and/or merchandise credit has been processed.
